Returns policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we would be happy to help. Please read the following information before you proceed the return:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains or smell. 

Custom-tailored items and sewing patterns cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Returns process

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email marthawis.design@gmail.com and include the following details:
1. Order number
2. What product(s) you want to return
3. Reason for return
4. If you want an exchange or refund

Please allow 48 hours for us to get back to you regarding your return.

Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We highly recommend using a tracking service to ensure it reaches us safely.


Damages and Issues

Please contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation policy

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
